You agree to use "Trick the AI" for entertainment purposes only. You must not attempt to exploit the AI or the platform to generate illegal, harassing, or harmful content. Automated access (bots) is strictly prohibited.
2. User Responsibility
You claim full responsibility for any and all actions performed from your account. This includes, but is not limited to, messages sent to the AI and custom system rules contributed to the leaderboard. If your account is used for harmful, illegal, or disruptive actions, you are solely liable.
3. Social Logging
By playing and winning, you acknowledge that your username and the game messages involved may be posted automatically to a public Discord channel as part of the game's community features.
4. Account Management
Authentication is handled via Discord. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, engage in botting, or attempt to bypass system restrictions.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI responses are generated by a machine and do not represent the views of the game developers.
